Shipping policy

Ndara customers select their own shipping carriers and services at check out. Delivery timeframe estimates at check out are automatically generated, and may change once the package has been picked up by the carrier.  Ndara does not have control over USPS, UPS or DHL timeframes. 

Covid has disturbed shipping company timeframes around the world, and in particular between the US and other countries. 

If you select USPS for international delivery, Ndara cannot track your package once it has left the US.  Free shipping to Europe is sent via USPS, and cannot be tracked.

Ndara is not responsible for any additional customs charges that might apply.
